Introduce a sledgehammer for engineers with wall-rebuilding and enemy damage capabilities

A sledgehammer for engerners (optional replacable for the drill/drone). Can rebuild walls as well was doing phisical damage to enemy player - 30-50% torso,arms,legs and 75-90% head
