We need a dedicated channel just for beginners. Since players are randomly assigned, the average level between teams is often heavily imbalanced, leading to one-sided matches. Beginners under level 10 get absolutely wrecked. I suggest letting beginners practice and build their skills in a beginner-only channel until at least level 15 before they jump into the main lobbies.
