Have the ability to customize vehicles, liek stickers or camo, custom emblams and the such
You could include it in the DLC where you can make kne fully custom skin per vehicle
But let everyone make modifications like with stickers
Vehicle skins are applied by the first driver of the vehicle and only reset after the vehicle respawns
