Add a mode thats only vehicles. So rather than a point objective with soldiers, the objective is too eliminate more opponents than the enemy team. In this mode everyone is engineers and can't use the lock on launcher. Teams are smaller to account for the vehicles. Everyone gets to pick a vehicle, minus ATV, humvee, and blackhawk. But put a limit on how many of each vehicle can be active (so there isn't a full lobby of apaches). This allows players who haven't gotten a chance to use any of the vehicles in a public match because people camp the spawns and take them not allowing new players to try them.
