Left-handed option for vehicles.
An option in the options menu to make vehicle controls left-handed. For helicopters, it would let you grab the stick with your left hand and put the throttle on the right side for as long as you're piloting it. For tank gunner seat, it would let you aim with your left hand movements.
I know it would only benefit 10% of players, but It would be pretty simple to implement. I made flyable starfighters for my Pavlov mods with VR cockpits that move the throttle to the other side if you're game is set to lefty, or if you grab the stick with your left hand.
