Allow users to have primary in one hand and secondary in the other. For example when using recon in a close to mid range fight there may not be enough time to reload. By allowing the off hand to remained gripped to the grip and using the other hand to use the secondary can give them fair-er chance to win a fight and then get an opportunity to reload primary post fight.
