Alternative Medic Revive while Dragging

While performing a drag with the medic class, you should gain the ability to use a syringe on them as you drag. This would allow you to revive while moving the patient, and heal the patient to max HP on revive. This would make dragging viable for medics, as opposed to a gimmick.
