Explanation
This has been going on since beta. I seem to have this issue more than many of my friends. I constantly disconnect from the voice change however when the voice chat disconnects I am unable to reconnect. The only solution is for me to leave the match or restart the game. I play on a meta quest 3 and all of my settings support voice chat.
