Jetty boots item icon in the hotbar is displayed as the combat concoction.

Jet Boots use the icon for Combat Cocktail when checking your build in mission.

In the item bar at the bottom, the Jet Boots have the icon of the Adrenaline Cocktail (Item slot #4 in the screenshot). This was acquired during a Jumbled alteration run.

Upon selecting the Jet Boots during a Jumble Upgrade, the icon will display the Combat Cocktail icon instead of the Jet Boots one.

The icon in equipment on the bottom items stripe doesn't match the actual item - should be the jet boots here. The icon in popup on hover is right.
