while trying to fgulfill the tutorial, i can't equipe the tool box

tool box spawned under a furnace and is unreachable

during the tutorial the during the instruction to open the equipment box the Bot to open it can get stuck.

In the tutorial, the armor box is unlootable, neither with keyboard or controller. I can't progress. Also, my tyrolienne was untakable (sorry, I'm french). I could shoot it, but not get on it.
