if i try to join my friend's lobby, it's just an infinit loading screen and my friend don't even see that i am joining hin, also i can't invite people in my lobby

i am in this weird offline mode in this game here no matter what i do i cant not join people or my own freinds servers?? everytime i join it puts me in this infinite loading screen

Whenever I try to join a game in the server list, I get locked in a "joining" pop-up. No matter how long I wait It doesn't actually put me into the game.

Can't join any games. Able to play solo. Can't join friend games or public games. Loading spinner just spins continually.

cannot join any multiplayer games, game transitions to either just a blank black screen for a few minutes before saying connection failed, or will very very rarely go to a screen witht the loading ...
