Steps to Reproduce
- Present at all times while in tutorial.
Explanation
The tutorial has a lot of blurried visual distortion for objects/terrain at a mid-long range distance from the player. Unsure if this is intentional or not, but changing settings does not affect it. If intentional, would recommend changing it because it is very disorienting.
