Steps to Reproduce
- Equip breach cutter with "return to sender" perk.
- Find tanky target
- Shoot breach into tanky target
- Release left click just after it damaged the target so the breach cutter "line" goes back right through the target
- bingo, no damage
Explanation
Breach cutter "return to sender" seems to not damage enemies on its "way back" when u release the left click. At least for a single target, if a tanky target appears, i cant damage it twice with this perk.
