Steps to Reproduce

1. Be overconfident
2. Lose the time
3. Get snagged by the worm
4. Have the worm drag you through soil
5. Have Cooper or your teammate shoot the worm
6. You are now buried alive

Explanation

Fell through the ground all the way up to the elevator ground base after being caught by the worm and being saved by cooper
