Steps to Reproduce

take the mission(i was the spotter)
spotter quotes got the mission control icon

Explanation

Mission control icon apearing on the exponite excavation facility(the side quest that you dig for random exponite deposit), i don't know if this is the only bug that happend to me, but, that was the one that i remember happening to me.
