Steps to Reproduce

1. Finished the mission
2. Noticed it was still unlocked
3. Buddy mentioned he did it during our mission

Explanation

Clearance Level 6 challenge "Enhance yourself with 17 EXPENITE UPGRADES in a single mission" not unlocking after do so. Friend in lobby had it unlock in the same mission while mine did not.
