UI Vibration When Displaying Multiple Expenite Upgrades

Steps to Reproduce

1. Obtain at least 13 or 14 unique expenite upgrades (this gets displayed as 3 rows in run history)
2. View run history on the operations command terminal
3. Open the details for that run

Explanation

When viewing run history, having too many expenite upgrades causes the UI to "vibrate", as it rapidly switches between showing and hiding the scroll bar
