All Blue Currency Lost During Perk Tree Upgrade

Steps to Reproduce

1. I had a good amount of 'blue currency' and want to unlock new perks.
2. I open the console for upgrade and saw that you can unlock a barrier for more upgrades for 5000 blue currency.
3. I bought it, but it drained all of my blue currency instead of just the 5000.
4. At least now the barrier is gone.

Explanation

I lost all of my "Blue Currency" when i unlock parts of the perk tree.
