Damage Taken While Negotiating with Overlay Open

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open build menu by pressing escape
2. build
3. Start negotiation by having teammate come close to you with ellis as well
4. Die

Explanation

Was taking damage from an enemy while stuck in the negotiation screen for an upgrade. I was checking my build (by pressing escape and then the build button). Then I think Ellis flew next to me and my teammate came over as wel so we went into the negotiation screen while I still had the build screen open. It took quite a while (like 5 seconds) for the build overlay to disappear but I could already see the negotiation screen underneath. Then I started taking damage, so we speedran the negotiation and when I turned around I saw an enemy, that was damaging me. I think it was a corespawm creeper.
