Player Upgrade Blocks Selection of Cooper Upgrade in Solo Missions

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch a mission without other players on the team and with Cooper active
2. Collect enough expenite for an upgrade and deposit it
3. Launch the upgrade procedure
4. Select any player upgrade that has a Cooper upgrade under it
5. Attempt to select the Cooper upgrade under the picked player upgrade

Explanation

While alone in a mission with Cooper, during the character upgrade phase, if you select a player upgrade first, the Cooper upgrade under it will be greyed out and thus cannot be picked. Picking a Cooper upgrade will still allow you to pick the player upgrade above it, but not in reverse.
