Steps to Reproduce

  1. Finish the revive animation
  2. Wait for the elevator door to close
  3. Act before the loading screen starts

Explanation

I found i bug where if you're downed in the elevator and you get revived as soon as all players reach the elevator, the game will not register you as revived and will act as if you where never revived.
