Ammo Sleeve Not Received After Time Skip Revert

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use Q+left click with the Time class
2. Grab the ammo sleeve without enough time left
3. Teleport back to the original location
4. Observe that the sleeve disappears but no ammo or armor is received

Explanation

With the time skip class, I used the time reverse skill (Q+left click) and tried to replenish ammo/armor. I jumped back in time before completely obtaining the ammo sleeve. The game registered as it being obtain, the sleeve disappeared but I received none of the benefits.
