2. As a new player
3. Who has not experienced it before

Explanation

No way to easily view class skills/passives/abilities/etc. There are a lot of classes and things to learn in this game. The fact that I cannot bring up a menu to see my ability descriptions is a huge miss. Let people learn easily during the game please. There is plenty of room in the map UI to have skill descriptions at the bottom for example. I think there are a ton of ways this game is clearly lacking in how it onboards new players to the experience.
