Steps to Reproduce

1. At the end of the mission I jumped inside the boss at the end - the reclaimer? - forgot the name.
2. The screen blurred with a phasing type of effect.
3. The effect occurred to my character and the end screen showing our score, points, and kills.
4. My character and my buddy's character appeared as 3-4 silhouettes, as if phasing, creating an odd effect.
