Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a multi-monitor setup with space for your mouse cursor to go above the game
2. Open a menu or press the Escape key
3. Move the mouse cursor above the game
4. Observe that the mouse cursor is slowly drifting down until it is level with the top of the game's window

Explanation

moving the mouse cursor out and above the game's window leaves it slowly drifting downwards unless you tab out first.
