Steps to Reproduce

  1. Find Deepcore 40mm PGL
  2. Find the Critical Burn perk
  3. Shoot next to something
  4. See the crit number
  5. See it not gain any fire bar progress

Explanation

Critical Burn does not synergize with Deepcore 40mm PGL gernade launcher. The issue might be the combination with Reload Trick. Only target directly hit byt the gernade gets fire damage applied, the explosion itself doesn't apply fire.
