Steps to Reproduce

  1. Opened Ops Command
  2. Clicked on the run I just completed
  3. Noticed the discrepancy

Explanation

Run History has incorrect weapons information. I had Sticky Grenades and the Impact Axe, but the Run History lists Sticky Grenades twice, and no Impact Axe.
