Display Ping and Server Region, Implement Region-Based Matchmaking, and Introduce Custom Games

I want to see ping and server region also please provide region based matchmaking. All the recent games were all laggy and I kept getting disconnected. I am playing from Asia region . And infact most of the players from here can't play the game properly. Also if custom games can be introduced that can be peer to peer or region server based then maybe the community can grow in other regions as well
