A perk slot dedicated to affecting the left bumper movement utilities like grapple and presumably whatever follows (ideally a dash ability with three charges, give a perk that gives you five dashes at the cost of your P.A.I.N.T slot, same for grapple, add a perk that gives you quick-charge dual grapples at the cost of P.A.I.N.T, etc) add a perk for that system that grants you the ability to swap your movement utility for a second P.A.I.N.T. Add a perk that deals minor damage upon grapple contact either enemy players, etc.
