Add an Advanced Player Endorsement System

Several games have an endorsement system, where you can endorse a player or 2 players at the end of a match. Players have an endorsement level, typically 1-5, and endorsements raise their endorsement level directly or lack of endorsements slowly shrinks it over time. This idea is more advanced than that.

An endorsement system should be built better into matchmaking and be used as a balancer for match quality. For instance, it could be used to sort the players into teams, so their endorsement levels are attempted to be equalized across both teams. It could also be expanded beyond a straight selection by the player, such as a reason for endorsement. For instance, when I'm endorsing someone, I would have a choice between, "Focused on Objective", "Gun play", "High Skill", "Movement", etc. These would have weight toward determining an endorsement score, but also contribute to matchmaking. In addition to the after match endorsements, players can also add a tag to other players, such as "Preferred Teammate" or "Avoid Player". If I tag someone as "Preferred Teammate", then the system would sometimes attempt to place me in a match with that player and, if the balancing allowed, place us on the same team. If I chose "Avoid Player", it would do the opposite and, if balancing allows, place us on opposite teams, while slightly affecting their endorsement level negatively. Avoid player could be based on skill or from interactions, such as spamming voice or bad attitude in the game. Players endorsed for their game play would gain more endorsement points toward their score.

The idea behind this type of endorsement system is to provide balancing, while also making the game more fun for players who like to play together, but aren't friends in the game or aren't partied up. It also provides more depth to the Reputation system and acts as a quality indicator for the players themselves and for other players to see. For parties, the endorsement tags would use the leader's tags for finding groups of preferred players.
