This would be an “end-game” achievement. You must unlock it by reaching max work level on your primary job, and completing your “total work” bar.

After retiring and having the elder age selected, you will receive a stipend every in-game day, equal to your house bills or twice the amount of your house bills.

This would reward long term players, and give less stress about paying for their house constantly!
