First responder jobs:

firefighters - you go round fighting random fires that appear, rescuing cats out of trees etc. can unlock a fire truck as a level 9 reward

Police officers - arrest shoplifters (can be in any of the many stores in the map), catch burglars, trying to climb in windows of the town, could even ticket cars parked not in parking areas etc. can unlock a cop car as a level 9 reward

Ambulance - go across the map to treat people who have maybe fallen over, broken bones, short of breath etc. can unlock an ambulance as a level 9 reward

including these would also add a fire station, police station and a hospital/drs office to the map which role-players would enjoy as that doesn't exist currently in the town.
