Increase the XP gain from cooking

Before the Faster Progression update, you could get like 8%out of 100 on level 6 by cooking one taco.

After, if ou cooking one taco, it gives just 1.5%, which is way less and it doesn't make any sense that faster progression update made cooking super hard.
