More custom roles :)

I've got a hospital plot and it would be nice to 'Diagnose' patients by giving them permissions to open and close specific doors. This way, I can create staff only areas, such as areas for surgeons, doctors, and nurses, while also keeping patients in only the room they're supposed to be in. You'd also be able to name the roles and control what specific permissions they have, like picking up items.

I thought this might be a neat feature for large roleplays and cities because as someone who used to own a city plot it was horrible trying to assign people to specific houses and jobs.

I know this might be hard to add but it would be nice to see this some time in the near future :)
