Me and many others would absolutely love it if we could buy a prebuilt house, but exclude the B$ cost. That would naturally mean not having the bloxbucks items included in the build. Reason being alot of people can afford to buy the more expensive houses like Peak Prestige, but not have enough bloxbucks. Alternatively, the bloxbucks cost could be switched out for a higher money cost, for instance if buying a house for 1.1M and 3500 bloxbux, another cost could be 1.5M and no bloxbux cost. Please look into this, thank you!
