You like adding prebuilt houses ever so often, but sooner than later there will be too many. I suggest the prebuilts only stay for a limited amount of time, better yet give them an expiry date. Make them wanted, rare, eventually players will want them back where demand will increase and you could profit of off people buying bucks.
