Explanation

Hello. I am writing to report a critical technical issue regarding custom decals. While active in-game, all of my decals suddenly became completely invisible.To resolve the issue, I have already attempted the following troubleshooting steps:Rejoined the server and tested multiple experiences.Logged out and restarted the application.Completely uninstalled and reinstalled the Roblox client.Unfortunately, the decals remain invisible despite these efforts. This appears to be a wider platform or server-side issue, as several other users in the community are currently reporting the exact same problem.Given the significant amount of time and effort dedicated to these assets, this disruption is highly concerning. I would appreciate it if your technical team could investigate this bug as soon as possible.Thank you for your time and assistance.
