Explanation

This “bug” or issue randomly occurred after a game of Dead By Daylight. I’m currently trying to prestige Nea to 100. All of the other survivors do not seem to have this issue. I have restarted my console 3 times as well as restored licenses and cleared cache. When I try claiming these offerings, it shuts down/restarts my game. If I click the “Spend BloodPoints,” my game freezes and crashes. I play on PS5 if that’s useful in any way.
