Steps to Reproduce

1. Got hooked
2. Got unhooked
3. Player that unhooked me went down in the process or unhooking me
4. I hid and immediately went to save the hooked survivor
5. The killer downed me again
6. Picked me up again
7. And there was no skill check for DS, the perk was darkened as if deactivated, but never performed any other tasks

Explanation

Decisive strike not triggering.
Despite no conspicuous actions and it being within the 60 second window
