Steps to Reproduce

1. Take the painting shown in the image
2. Try to place it
3. Observe that it is not on your cursor
4. Notice that it places somewhere different from where you wanted it to be

Explanation

Many items are bugged when placing them. When you try to place them they are not showing in the middle of you cursor but somewhere way off where you aim it at.
