Steps to Reproduce

1. N/A. I have not seen this until now.

Explanation

On the ground, there is a decal of flowers drawn in yellow chalk. This has not been placed by me and is unremovable. It is visible both in and out of Build Mode. Even when applying a floor on top of it, it can still be seen (meaning it may be slightly above the ground). Refer to picture.
