Instruction to 'Grab a Ball' persists across different lessons

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to PE lesson and then end the lesson without holding a ball.
2. Go to other classes and the instruction to grab a ball stays.
3. It sometimes disappears for a bit and then comes back.

Explanation

Grab a ball instruction stays even when I am in Science lesson. I cannot see the instruction for what colour of the flask and also what to make in art.
