Steps to Reproduce

1. Bought it several times but nothing came in.
2. Bought another 5000 purple money but it didn’t come in.
3. Spent 4k robux but didn’t get anything.

Explanation

I bought money several times and also gamepas with robux but no one managed to get in, please help
