Steps to Reproduce

1. im really not sure, i just joined and it was like this.
2. my graphics are all the way up in roblox settings
3. and also in bloxburg settings
4. but it does the same with low graphics

Explanation

Certain assets (such as trees and, as seen in the video, building details) keep flashing in an out. they're permanently invisible with the exception of them appearing in a flash every 3 seconds.
