Steps to Reproduce

1. You have to be banned
2. Click to ban appeal
3. And then loading screen pops up
4. Nothing more happens

Explanation

My friend is banned and when they click to apply for ban appeal only loading screen pops up and they get premium award that's happening for hours.... This ban was from year ago when game had a glitch and everyone did it.
