Steps to Reproduce

1. Build two rooms, one ontop of another.
2. Place A few (more than 3) ceiling lights in both rooms
3. Exit buildmode and enter one of the rooms
4. Proceed to get blinded

Explanation

Light bleeds through walls and ceilings when multiple lights are placed in one or more rooms
