Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the website
2. Go to the feedback section
3. Write any bug report
4. Press submit and you will see the cooldown message even if you aren't on cooldown

Explanation

The website bug reporter/feedback is saying that I am on a 24 hour cooldown to report a bug, but I haven't ever reported a bug on the website (the website wasn't even released 24 hours ago).
