Lights Reloading Issue When Opening/Closing Doors

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make a few enclosed rooms with doors in between
2. Add lights in each room
3. Go into each room closing the door and then reopening the door
4. Watch the lights flash back on after they were never off

Explanation

Whenever I open a door in my house or go into another room the lights quickly flash on as if they just reloaded, when I never actually turned them off. This happens whenever I open or close a door they turn on and I can see them do that even though they were never turned off.
