Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a plot containing Picture Frames and observe that some images fail to load.
2. Test the same Picture Frames on different plots.
3. Observe that some images that were not rendering may display correctly.
4. Observe that some images that were working may stop rendering.
5. Note that the issue varies depending on the plot rather than the image or the Picture Frame itself.

Explanation

After the most recent update, some Picture Frames no longer render their images, even though the frame itself remains placed normally on the plot. The issue only affects certain images, and the behavior varies between plots: an image may display correctly on one plot but fail to render on another. Switching servers, neighborhoods, accounts, replacing the Picture Frame, or even re-uploading the same image to Roblox does not resolve the issue.
