Steps to Reproduce

1. Select a house
2. Buy the house and select on "replace existing plot"

Explanation

Whenever I try to buy a prebuilt house and replace it with an already existing plot, it says there's an error with the name. It also seems to be a problem only with more expensive prebuilt houses, since this glitch did not happen when I bought a cheaper one.
